Hello I am selling a brand new, still in the box, never registered NeurOptimal v3.0 Surface Pro 7 (i5) with brand new in the box monitor cables included, comes will all accessories. No PASS, will have to purchase separately. Located in Canada.

Also have a lightly used NeurOptimal v3.0 Surface Pro 7 (i5) for sale. I will reduce the price if both are purchased together.
