Hi all, although it might not be the right forum for this topic, maybe you can help me to understand how to analyze the data : I’ve applied a CSD filter using the matlab toolbox on EEG data. After segmenting the data according to the onset of a visual cue, I analyzed separately the pre-cue period in order to find the individual alpha frequency (IAF). Of course, following the CSD transformation, the scale changes, but I’m not sure how to treat these values…
I would appreciate any thought on that matter.
