"Cz Theta 4-7 Hz up" What does this recommendation mean?

Can someone tell me what this recommendation my friend got means?

Sounds like your reference electrode is at cz…theta 4-7 hz up is typically an indication that you are rewarding theta…“up training” vs. Inhibiting. So reward theta 4-7 hz at cz. You typically want to do more than just one reward or inhibit so you may want task your friend if you need to inhibit or reward any other frequencies. What software are you using ?

Training up =reward… Down training = inhibit

First of all thanks for your reply!

I try to reduce ADHD and my trainer said that with the newest tech rewarding Theta it will work better.
He said unlike most people thinking that too much theta is causing ADHD it is because the brain is increasing Theta because there is too little.
