I am selling my NeurOptimal 3.5 VAULT Unlimited System, originally purchased new in 2018 for $10,745.
The system has been used only for personal/ family use and has never been rented or used commercially. The included Surface computer has been used exclusively for NeurOptimal.

Unlimited License Transfer
The Unlimited license has never previously been transferred. Under Zengar’s current transfer policy, this license can be transferred once from me to the buyer; after this transfer, it cannot be transferred to another owner.
Zengar currently charges a $495 administrative fee for the license transfer, which is the buyer’s responsibility.
Computer & Replacement information
The included Microsoft Surface currently runs Windows 10 and does not support Windows 11. Because this system was purchased in 2018, Zengar advices that system older four years may require replacement hardware. The buyer may still be able to use the included surface computer, or Zengar may recommend or require replacement hardware. This would need to be confirmed with Zengar at the time of transfer. Zengar currently lists a replacement system for $ 1495.
Internet Use
In my experience, NeurOptimal can be used offline for period of time, but it periodically requires an internet connection to communicate with Zengar. If the buyer is able to continue using the included windows 10 computer, Microsoft currently offers an Extended Security Update (ESU) program for eligible windows 10 computers. One enrollment option is a one-time payment of $30, providing security updates through October 2027.
