Does this unit have windows 11? Will it need a softwear update, and what year did you purchase it? Is it still under warranty and do you do Venmo, as I have an account. Ship to USA? I have had done over 60 treatments and they are working wonders for me, so owning my own unit would be great, as I know it will help. Other types of neurofeed back have not helped me at all, in fact made my TBI worse. My understanding is that you can use it as often as you like, as I have had professional’s do treatments and they say they can do as many treatments a day as they like, either 33 min. or 44 minutes.
Hi owesa11, I’ll answer your questions but first of all, I want to say I’m sorry to hear you have a TBI but pleased for you you found something that helps. Owning your own unit sure beats paying someone else for each session.
The system is currently running windows 10 but it’s windows 11 ready. In fact, it keeps asking me to upgrade. I just never’t felt the need to. Any warranty by Zengar expires one year after purchase. This system was purchased in 2021 so the initial warranty has expired.
It’s my understanding as well that you can’t overdo Neuroptimal sessions.
