I purchased it in November 2022 directly from NeurOptimal. It is in excellent condition, loaded and ready to use. Includes Surface Pro 7 + i5 8GB 128GB tablet, Z-Amp, 1 sets of new sensors, new headphones, USB Cables, tablet cover, etc.

The license is transferrable to a new owner directly through Neuroptimal,
